Marina Club Waterfront

As they become available, boat slips may be leased from the Marina Club Waterfront Association. Rent shall be $10,000.00 per year and shall be due and payable on 1st April of each year. If the initial lease term covers only a portion of a year, the rent for that initial term shall be prorated on the basis of full months; if the boatslip is used for more than one week (7 consecutive days) in a month, it shall be deemed to have been used for the full month.
