Toll Tag Enrollment Guide for Member Gate Quick Pass Entry
Marina Club Condo Residents will now have an option to register their vehicles for automatic gate entry through the Austin Country Club member lane. The member entry lane is intended for member and resident quick pass entry only.
The gate arm of the member lane will raise to allow automatic entry for member and resident vehicles with a registered toll tag or headlamp sticker. There is no cost to register or use your toll tag for the gate.
Marina Club HOA residents without a quick pass will enter through the guest entry lane, ideally with Marina Club HOA stickers issued by the Association for quick identification. (CAM will be issuing 2021 gold windshield stickers.)
Please refer to the images below for assistance in locating your Toll Tag Device number for registration.
Click HERE to go to the document with a link to register your vehicle. (You must submit an eForm for each vehicle you’re registering.)
Quick Pass Entry App
QuickPass is a cloud-based visitor management system that will allow Austin Country Club members and Marina Club Condo residents to conveniently register guests for access through the front gate. The QuickPass website and mobile application are intended to make it easier to arrange access for your guests.
For your initial log in, please first visit the QuickPass website using your temporary credentials as given to you by Heather Bedwell at the Austin Country Club to personalize your default password under the “My Account” section. (Passwords can only be edited on the QuickPass website). After personalizing your password on the QuickPass website, you can download the QuickPass mobile app (listed as “QuickPass Visitor Management” in the App Store or Google Play). If you need temporary credentials, please email hbedwell@austincountryclub.com.
Guests can be registered under the “Visitors” section as either: a One-time entry visitor, a Temporary visitor (authorized to come and go throughout the day), a Duration visitor (for guests visiting for an extended time period), or a Permanent Guest (such as a nanny).
When registering your guest, it is important to select the earliest time your guest may arrive.
Allow an additional 15-30 minutes for potential early arrival.
A Mobile QR Pass Code can be generated and emailed and/or texted to your “Temporary”, “Duration” or “Permanent” guests for expedited entry by selecting “Send QuickPass”. (This option is not available for “One-Time Entry” visitors).
Pedestrian Gate Access
The pedestrian gate at the main entrance will require a code for access 24 hours a day. Please contact CAM at admin@camanagers.com to request your code if you’ve forgotten it.
Austin Country Club Gate Transmitters
The new gate system requires different transmitters than were previously issued. The new devices are grey boxes that can go in a purse or brief case and work to activate the gate upon approach. To request and pay for transmitters, please fill out this Form and submit payment to CAM. You may pay online as you normally would and email the form to admin@camanagers.com. Or you may mail a check to PO Box 92649, Austin, TX 78709.
Davenport Ranch Park Access
For access into the park gate, please submit the Park Gate Access form to Goodwin & Company as noted on the form. CAM cannot process this access request.
